Processing Time

All standard Alpha orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

USA

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 5–7 business days

Delays on Standard or Priority Shipping are out of our control and not eligible for refund.

International
(Some countries may not have all shipping options available.)

  • USPS First Class International: 7–21 business days

  • Worldwide Priority: 5–14 business days

  • DHL Worldwide Express: 2–5 business days

  • UPS Expedited: 3–7 business days

Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts).

  • Standard Shipping (under $75): $6.99

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to product availability or location. Tracking will be provided for each package.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
If a package is refused, refunds will exclude original shipping costs.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
Alpha is not responsible for incorrect addresses and cannot issue refunds for such cases.

Delivered Packages

Without Shipping Protection:
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Alpha is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact your carrier to open an investigation.

With Shipping Protection:
Orders confirmed lost or stolen before delivery are covered.
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Alpha is not responsible for deliveries made to freight forwarding or 3rd-party shipping addresses after carrier confirmation.
